In August, the entire DASD staff spent a morning listening to a guest speaker focused on physical and mental wellness. One of the many great takeaways from that session was the simple 4-7-8 breathing technique developed by Dr. Andrew Weil. Click here for a video by Dr. Weil demonstrating the technique.
